What is the average delivery time?

Our average delivery time for U.S. deliveries is approximately 10-20 business days depending on the destination. International deliveries may take a little longer. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed shipping information.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not been shipped from our facility, your order can be cancelled. If the order has already been shipped, it's no longer possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we provide shipping to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to deliver to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
